  2. After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).

  1. Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
  2. MaxiWoo reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues such as stock unavailability or payment verification failure.
